About the artist…

As a child I was always fascinated visiting the graves of deceased relatives and hearing family stories about ancestors I never met. I would walk the rows and make up exciting stories about the names I saw and imagine what their lives might be like. In my pre-teen years I had developed a love for architecture and history. I recieved a book of photography one holiday that contained beautiful graves from around the world. I thought then, how amazing would it be to travel and see history preserved in such personal ways.
